Our Transparent Troubleshooting Policy

At Computer Barn, we want to make getting your tech device fixed as stress-free as possible. That's why we've designed our troubleshooting process to be straightforward and transparent, ensuring you always know what to expect.

We're happy to offer free standard troubleshooting to pinpoint your tech device's issue. In fact, for about 90% of our customers, we're able to identify the problem right away during this initial assessment!

If, however, the issue isn't immediately apparent during our free standard troubleshooting, we'll reach out to you before proceeding. With your permission, we can then perform a more in-depth troubleshooting service. This thorough diagnostic process is priced between $95 and $125, depending on the time required to uncover the root cause. We'll always keep you informed of the estimated cost upfront.

Should we successfully resolve your tech device's fault during the initial standard troubleshooting phase, a flat fee of $95 will apply for the repair.

Note: Free troubleshooting and the repair turnaround time depend on the jobs waiting in the queue on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you need urgent troubleshooting and repairs, please consider booking a priority appointment.
