A few useful answers
Yes. Tell us about the system, the symptoms and any recent hardware or software changes. We can discuss build, stability, cooling and upgrade concerns before arranging a drop-off.
No. It tells us your preferred day or window. We’ll confirm a suitable arrangement before you travel. A drop-off is for leaving the device, not a promise of a while-you-wait repair.
There is no standard drop-off booking fee. Ask us about eligibility for standard troubleshooting; any further paid diagnosis, parts or repairs are discussed before you approve them.
Troubleshooting informationBring your laptop charger. For a desktop, tell us if the fault involves a particular monitor, cable or accessory so we can advise what to include. Back up important files where possible.
