Local drop-off and collection
Computer Barn is at 6 Bentons Way, Mickleham VIC 3064. Book or contact us before travelling. A drop-off appointment is for leaving a device, not a guaranteed assessment while you wait.
Bring relevant accessories and confirm what has been left with the workshop. Wait for our readiness message and arrange collection when the device is ready.
Sending a device for repair
This website does not offer an automatic Australia-wide mail-in repair service. Contact us before shipping so suitability, destination, packaging, transport arrangements, costs and the handling of any data concern can be agreed.
Do not assume that a courier collection or return shipment is included in a repair quote. Never send a damaged battery or equipment that may be unsafe to transport without appropriate advice and carrier arrangements.
Retail delivery is separate
Any separate shop uses its own verified checkout, product availability and delivery terms. Ask about the exact item, price, destination, stock and shipping cost before agreeing an order outside that checkout.
No blanket free delivery, international destination list or dispatch timeframe is promised by this repairs website.
