Gaming PC repairs

Diagnosis before replacing parts.

Similar symptoms can have different causes. A crash is not proof of a faulty graphics card, and a slow PC does not always need a new processor.

No power, startup or display

Power-on failures, restart loops, diagnostic beeps and a machine that appears to run without an image. Tell us about recent changes and the monitor or cable used.

Crashes & intermittent faults

Freezing, shutdowns and faults that appear during games or workloads. A short description of how to reproduce the issue can make assessment more useful.

Cooling, noise & maintenance

High temperatures, noisy fans, dust build-up and cooling concerns. We consider airflow, component fit and the actual workload before recommending changes.

Upgrades & build advice

Storage, RAM, graphics and other component choices based on compatibility, power requirements and budget. Customer-supplied build or upgrade parts can be discussed before booking.

Before you visit

Bring the tower. Ask about the rest.

For most desktop enquiries, start by telling us whether a particular monitor, display cable, external drive or accessory is part of the fault.

Do not bring every peripheral unless it is needed. We can advise what to include. Secure loose panels and transport the computer carefully.

Do not open a power supply. If you notice smoke, a burning smell or damaged electrical parts, stop using the system and disconnect it from power if safe.
