Refunds and service concerns
If something is not right, tell us. Your statutory consumer rights are not replaced by a store credit policy or an arbitrary short deadline.

Start with the problem and job reference
Contact Computer Barn on 0431 031 336 or contact@computerbarn.com.au. Include the job or purchase reference, what is wrong, when it appeared and the outcome you seek. Photos or a clear description may help.
Do not keep using equipment that appears electrically unsafe. Ask how to return or present a device for assessment rather than posting it without an arrangement.
Consumer guarantees
Australian Consumer Law provides guarantees for eligible goods and services. The available remedy depends on the circumstances, including the nature and seriousness of the failure. A remedy may include repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or another applicable entitlement.
Nothing on this website excludes a guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. A customer is not automatically limited to credit because that is more convenient for the business. We may need a reasonable opportunity to understand and assess the reported issue.
Concerns about a repair
Tell us if the original issue has returned, a repair has not addressed the agreed problem or another concern has arisen. We distinguish the agreed work, any new or unrelated fault, and applicable consumer remedies rather than assuming that every later fault is covered or excluded.
Any additional paid diagnosis or work that is not an applicable remedy is discussed before approval. Keep the relevant quote, invoice, messages and repair details.
Change of mind and cancellation
A change of mind is different from a failure covered by consumer guarantees. There is no blanket change-of-mind return period promised by this repairs website.
Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel proposed work or a parts order. We will explain the status and any previously agreed, reasonable costs or applicable rights before confirming what can be cancelled or refunded. No undisclosed cancellation fee is imposed by this page.
Separate retail purchases
A separate Computer Barn shop may provide additional product-specific return or delivery terms. Those terms must be considered with the actual purchase and do not remove consumer guarantees.
This repairs website does not take checkout payments or publish a live retail catalogue. We do not import unverified free-delivery promises or return periods from a different store.
