Standard drop-off suits most repair enquiries
The standard appointment is free and reserves a time to leave the device. Assessment and repair follow the workshop queue and the fault; the appointment is not an instant diagnosis or a guaranteed same-day repair.
Bring relevant accessories and a clear description of the problem. Proposed paid work and parts are discussed before approval.
Call first when a real deadline matters
Tell us what you need the device for and the actual deadline. We can discuss current availability, any priority charge and what can realistically be attempted.
Do not assume that an urgent slot exists or travel without confirmation. A priority arrangement cannot remove the need for fault diagnosis, testing or suitable parts.
Urgent handling is not an outcome guarantee
Earlier attention and a successful repair are different things. An intermittent fault may need time to reproduce, and an identified part may not be immediately available.
Confirm the agreed scope and the next expected update, rather than relying on an unverified completion date. If the deadline cannot be met, discuss a practical alternative without spending on unnecessary urgency.
Ask if you are unsure
Some concerns can start with a troubleshooting conversation. Others clearly need the device at the workshop. Contact us with the symptoms and we can discuss the next step.
Read the booking preparation and repair notice before leaving the device. Booking and notice acknowledgement do not approve every later charge.
